Craven County, NC: Ban Dog Tethering

Craven County, North Carolina legislators are voting on an animal control ordinance on July 5th that fails to protect dogs from tethering. We need YOUR help to protect dogs from a painful life at the end of a chain. The proposed law sets no time limits on tethering and excludes hunting dogs, one of the most vulnerable dog populations in the county.
